A holiday in our alpine hut located directly on the Alpe di Siusi is something quite special. Cozy and comfortable, and the perfect example of South Tyrolean warmth, it is the ideal place for relaxation, recharge your batteries and enjoying life to the full. The cabin has electricity and warm water. The large wood-burning stove in the kitchen provides a pleasant way to heat the cabin. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can cook to your heart’s content. The cabin has a small bathroom with a tub, shower curtain and washing machine. The mountain hut has a patio and barbecue area, and there is space for up to five people in two small bedrooms and a living area.
The cabin with the sheds next door awaits you in a secluded location on the Alpe di Siusi. Yet, you are only five minutes away from the bus stop, or 20 minutes from the shops and pubs in Compatsch. In summer, a car-parking place is available right in front of the cabin. In winter, you can leave your car at the Spitzbühl car park (free of charge), just five minutes away. On arrival and departure, we will help you to move all your belongings to and from the cabin. With a special permit that we supply, you are allowed to drive your car in the restricted Alpe di Siusi area.

A mountain cabin in the heart

The Alpe di Siusi is Europe’s highest alpine plateau and spans over 57 km2 between altitudes of 1680 and 2350 meters. It is partly a protected nature area and partly a national park, where you can enjoy your mountain cabin holiday in South Tyrol. In summer, the hiking trail to the Sciliar Massif is 100 meters from our cabin. A bit further, up the hill from the cabin, right at the chair lift Spitzbühl, there is a popular launch area for paragliders and model aircraft pilots. The mountain cabin has a patio and barbecue area, and there is space for up to five persons in two small bedrooms and a living area.

In winter, you get on your skis right in front of the cabin and ski down to the Spitzbühl lift station. The chair lift takes you up to the Alpe di Siusi ski area with 23 lifts and 60 kilometers of slopes in a variety of difficulty levels. Cross-country skiing with a unique mountain panorama, on extensive and well-prepared tracks, starts at the summit station. There is a series of hiking trails starting at the Spitzbühl lift. Therefore, you can enjoy all kinds of winter activities on the doorstep of our cabin. That is what a truly unique holiday in South Tyrol is all about!

Cottage prices
Prices between € 100.00 to 200.00/night per 2 people without bed linen, towels and bath towels.
The surcharge for each additional person is € 15.00 to € 20.00/night
We provide bed linen, hand- and bath towels for a small fee.The price includes satellite TV, electricity, wood, car parking at the cottage, final cleaning, sun loungers, barbecue.
The local tax is not included. The amount of the local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of your stay (actually: € 2.50 per day and person above 14 years).

For your four-legged family members we charge 15,00 € per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of consideration for our guests, pets are allowed only after arrangement!
Booking and payment
The reservation becomes binding at the payment of a deposit (reservation guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer or in cash in place directly on the day of arrival.
Arrival and departuren
On arrival day the apartment is at your disposal at 2.30 p.m. We ask you to understand that on sundays arrival is possible only after the 5.30 p.m. Please tell us a few days before your approximate arrival time. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day we ask you to leave the apartment until 9.00 a.m.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the guest has to pay the 100% of the amount of the booking anyway.
Shuttle service: If you are traveling by plane, bus or train, we will organize a taxi service for you or, if possible, we will come and pick you up personally in Siusi, Castelrotto, Ponte Gardena or Bressanone at an appropriate price!
Cancellation
The reservation becomes binding at the payment of a deposit (reservation guarantee). If something should get in the way of your holiday plans, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations are unpleasant – both for you, and for us. It is a shame when our holiday apartment stays empty when others would have enjoyed coming.
Cancellation conditions article 1382 (Civil Code).
You may cancel your reservation until 60 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit as charge.
- For cancellations between 60 days and 30 days before the agreed day of arrival we calculate 50% from the total price.
- For cancellations within the last 30 days before the agreed day of arrival we calculate 100% of the total price.
- Without cancellation the guest must be pay 100% of the total price.
Cancellation cover
